Garlic yoghurt and avocado dip

This is the easiest dip you'll ever make. It's also the most delicious. All you need is yoghurt, garlic, salt and an avocado. Scoop 300g of plain natural yoghurt into a cheesecloth or muslin and put that in a strainer over a bowl overnight. This will drain all the excess liquid from the yoghurt. The next day, add cloves of minced garlic to taste. If you like it garlicky, add between three to five cloves. If not, one clove will give it a nice flavour just the same. Add half a teaspoon of salt. Mash up one ripe avocado and mix everything together. Serve with corn or tortilla chips. It's great for kids but when I made this, the adults in the house finished most of it! Enjoy!
