Mango is such a versatile fruit. You can use it in a dessert and also a meal. It makes a hearty breakfast mixed with oatmeal, and a light lunch in a salad. This takes five minutes to prepare. Cube a whole mango, sprinkle ao-nori flakes and mix lightly. Cut pita pocket in half and toast in toaster. Line pita pocket with sliced light cheddar and scoop mango cubes in. Voila!
